Tighten the Knot a weekend marriage seminar led
by Dane & Kathy Tyner
Divorce statistics testify that half of the marriages in America
don’t even survive. And of that surviving half, probably
less than half thrive. Strong, healthy relationships don’t
just happen. They’re built on purpose. They require work,
but not just any work. Some people work hard, only to exhaust
themselves. Specific work is required. And that work is rewarding.
The Tyners combine over 30 years of their own marital experience,
decades of work with struggling couples, and many hours of personal
education in this seminar experience. The seven sessions in the
seminar are designed to marinate couples in liberating truths
Probably every couple should periodically take in a marriage enrichment
event like this one. Those who grew up in families with poor relational
role models, however, have increased need for experiences such
as this. If this is you, it is wise to admit it and embrace the
help God provides in various ways. Perhaps this is some of His
provision for you.
The seminar format is relaxed, fun and edifying. Here are a few
feedback quotes from past seminar participants:
o This has been a good start on the road to recovery of lost intimacy
and communication. Thanks so much.
o Very helpful information to enrich our marriage. Thanks for
time and effort you put into this seminar.
o Loved how the material was brought from a cross section of books
and experts. It’s a positive group experience and the group
activities are not embarrassing. Dane is a great speaker and very
approachable. Kathy is very open, polite and genuine. Learned
lots, laughed, and spent time with my husband.
There is a modest fee to participate. We are so confident in the
value of this seminar experience, however, that we guarantee your
satisfaction. That’s right – tuition will be refunded
if you’re not.
